• How fast is turnaround?

  It really depends on the project size and length. A radio commercial can usually be turned around within one working day. On Hold messages can be turned around in one working day. Larger projects like voice overs for long videos may take longer.

• How do I know what it will sound like?

  There are many demos on the website and usually one or two will match your project genre. However is you are still wondering Liam is more than happy to record a few lines of your script as a custom demo free of charge.

• How much will I be charged?

  Fees depend on how long a script is and how it will be used. There is a basic fee for the recording and then a size and usage based fee on top.
  If you have a budget feel free to ask and we will happily offer a quote to work around it.
  You will always receive a full official quote and order before any recording commences.

• How is payment made?

  Payment can be by Electronic bank transfer, Credit or Debit Card, Paypal or even the old fashioned way a cheque in the post.
  Some services will require advance payment especially if you are not an established customer.

• How is my data protection and privacy treated?

  This is taken very seriously. All the details of your project and your relationship with us will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

• What about pick-ups and corrections?

  Any mistakes on our part are corrected free of charge. Changes to a script made by you after recording and delivery will attract a small fee.

• Can I monitor the recording?

  Yes. You can dial in on a normal telephone if needed, or by Skype. Established media organisations and studios can connect by ISDN and Source Connect or other IP connection software.

• What is your accent?

  Liam has a neutral southern Irish accent. However if needed he can lean towards any regional accent or go into full character.

• What kind of studio equipment do you have?

  Short answer..Only the best.
